Our mission is to make this website user-friendly to our membership and we strongly encourage our members and other interested parties to offer any suggestions to improve and make this site more useful. 2013 Trustee Election - Nomination Period

The El Paso Firemen & Policemen's Pension Fund will be conducting an election to the Board of Trustees. This is to replace three positions: 1) Fire Division - Chief Michael V. Calderazzo and Chief Jerry Villanueva and 2) Police Division - Lieutenant Tyler Grossman. These are all four year terms.

Nominations will be accepted from May 23, 2013 through June 06, 2013. You must use the attached Nomination Form - FD or Nomination Form - PD to submit your nomination. Additional copies may be obtained by contacting the Fund's office at 771-8111.

Nomination forms must be returned via mail or hand-delivery to the Fund's office, Chase Tower, Suite 1616, 201 E. Main, El Paso, Texas, 79901. In addition you may send a facsimile copy to the Fund's office at 779-6693. The deadline for receipt of your nomination form is 5:00 p.m. on June 06, 2013.

Nominations received prior to May 23, 2013 or after the deadline of June 06, 2013 will be returned. The Fund's office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (closed for lunch on Monday through Thursday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and Fridays from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm).

On June 07, 2013 the candidates' names will be posted as well as information reference voting by mail, telephone or internet.
